We'd like to formally invite you to join us as a member of Foundation of Family Values (FOFV), a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt non-profit organization. Membership dues help defray the costs of producing our services and programs. By joining FOFV, you join a larger family of diverse but like-minded people who believe in our stated values and want to support family well-being. Last, but certainly not least, many of our programs are great fun!

Membership in Foundation of Family Values is $60 per year for Adults and $55 per year for Juniors and Seniors. Membership fees are tax deductible. Please note that many of our events and classes carry additional fees. At this time, we do not offer child care services.

Membership in FOFV is not required in order to participate in our services and programs. However members receive discounts on fee-based classes and activities, which often cover the cost of annual membership.

Please note that:

• Membership dues are non-refundable.
• Memberships begin after acceptance of the application.
• Only applications that are accompanied by full payment will be accepted.
• Primary Members will be notified via email of their and additional members' acceptance, unless they request a different notification method.
• Membership expires at the end of each calendar year.
• Your membership fee will be prorated according to the month you submit this application.
• Your membership fee is tax deductible
